Pilates is a method of body conditioning that is continuously evolving incorporating the latest research and adapting to new discoveries in the ever changing fitness and somatic movement fields. Since the beginning Pilates has been discovered by dancers, athletes, women, men, grandparents, and students as way to condition their body into balance.
The Pilates Studio creates goal-based programs that empower clients to increase strength and flexibility as well as improve posture, coordination, and balance. These programs can relieve pain, aid in injury prevention and recovery, create functional strength, and improve lives. Programs at The Pilates Studio are designed individually and each client will work with his/her instructor to create a workout that is appropriate for the client while addressing all of the goals and challenges he or she may face.
Pilates works within many principles including balance, breath, core support, and alignment.

The Pilates Studio, located on Rt 9 in Hadley, provides expert instruction in Private and Small Group Sessions as well as Group Mat and Apparatus Classes.
