We at Tabellas are dedicated to local foods and regional economies. Our menu names the farms and artisans who provide us with many of our delicious ingredients.

Today, eating locally is a trend. But with the global supply of fossil fuels diminishing, and the widespread use of destructive agricultural practices increasing, our future depends on the availability of regional foods. We are located in-between Amherst Coffee and Amherst Cinema.

We suggest ordering throughout dining, rather than all at once as in a conventional restaurant. Dishes arrive at the peak of their flavor and nutritional integrity.
