Speak Easy offers accent modification training to proficient English speakers who have difficulty being understood. Anyone who needs to communicate clearly in spoken English can benefit from the Speak Easy program. Accent modification clients come from many fields, including health care, retail, IT, engineering, bio-tech, manufacturing, customer service, and academia.
Group, individual, and web-based training is available, either in the Speak Easy office in downtown Springfield or on-site for employers. Speak Easy is the only accent modification business in the state of Massachusetts to qualify for the Department of Labor's Workforce Training Fund Express Grant program. 

Below are recordings of actual clients, each reading the same passage twice. The first reading was recorded during the client's initial speech analysis, and the second was recorded during the final speech evaluation.

These results are typical! Upon completion of the course, clients should expect at least a 50% improvement in their ability to be understood.
