Pioneer Valley Credit Union (PVCU) is a full service not-for-profit financial institution serving members throughout the local community since 1923.  PVCU has the distinction of being the longest operating Postal Credit Union in the United States. The intent of our founders who were ten very noble postal workers was to “promote thrift among its members and to make loans to its members for provident purposes.”  Today we offer membership services to various employer groups and individuals throughout Western, Massachusetts.

Our mission at PVCU is to provide products and services to our members with the goal of educating and empowering them to understand the importance of financial stability and security, while offering them the tools to make sound financial decisions.  Whether you stay in the Valley or relocate, Pioneer Valley CU is here for you. “Once a member, always a member.”
