Mapleline's Jerseys are "happy cows" because they are treated with care, graze on lush pastures surrounding the farm in the summer months and hang out in a new, cushy free-stall barn in the colder months.   Our cows have names unlike larger corporate dairies, where cows are treated as numbers, and we take pride in our farm and its surroundings.

Jerseys, the little brown cows, produce milk that has a rich and creamy flavor because of its higher percentages of protein, calcium, and other important vitamins and nutrients. We do not use any synthetic growth hormones (rBST as it’s commonly known as) and our Jerseys have a diet that is mostly home-grown in the pastures surrounding the farm.

We offer whole, 2 percent, 1 percent, and skim milk; half and half; buttermilk; chocolate, coffee and seasonal flavored milk. Our milk and ice cream can be found in many local grocers, please visit our website to see where you can buy it.

Wholesale and home delivery is also available.

We are deeply committed to the environment and have taken numerous steps during the expansion of our operation to become more energy efficient and operate all aspects of the farm in an eco-friendly way. All of our re-usable glass bottles are washed on-site in our processing plant. The waste water from our bottle washer (grey water) is sent over to our manure slurry storage. Here the water is mixed with manure from the barns and provides a healthy balance of nutrients for natural field fertilization. We produce solar power with PV panels installed on the main dairy barn.

our Jerseys produce a rich and creamy milk that you and your family are sure to love!
