Attorney Brooks
Attorney Maegan Brooks represents individuals and families, emerging and established business and non-profits, community economic development and sustainable initiatives. She handles corporate, non-profit, landlord/tenant, civil litigation, estate planning, divorce, and real estate. Attorney Brooks has a passion for business development and the creation of social enterprises.
She has served on many boards of non-profit organizations and is dedicated to economic development and entrepreneurship. She is a former staff member of the Western New England College Law and Business Center for Advancing Entrepreneurship, and has focused her career on entrepreneurial promotion and advancement since 2001. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for: WFCR, the Young Professionals Society of Greater Springfield, On Board, Inc., and is on the Board of Corporators of the Mason Wright Foundation. She previously served on the Steering Committees of Pioneer Valley Local First and is a founding member of the Alliance of Black Professionals.

Attorney Powe
Attorney Maurice Powe has represented individuals and businesses in corporate and real estate transactions and practices estate planning and general litigation, including personal injury, bankruptcy, estate planning, business development and criminal defense. His practice also includes police misconduct, civil rights claims, and insurance coverage for first and third party claimants.
Attorney Powe is a member of the Massachusetts, American, and National Bar Associations and the Hampden County Bar Association. He is a member of the Massachusetts District Court Panel, Juvenile Delinquency Panel and a Certified Mediator. Currently, Attorney Powe serves on the Rules Committee for the Longmeadow Town Meeting. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Hampden County Lawyers for Justice, the Urban League of Springfield, and the NAACP. He is a member of the Alliance of Black Professionals. Attorney Powe has previously served as a Director of the Western New England College Law Alumni Board and the Residential Director of the A Better Chance House in Longmeadow, MA.
