My name is Patricia Czepiel Hayes and I am the owner of Hadley Design Works.

I have twenty years experience working as a graphic designer, creating promotional publications, graphics and illustrations for academic institutions, and more recently for small businesses as well. For much of that time I was a publications designer and assistant director at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. I left Smith in 2002 to do freelance work and have been working independently ever since.

After 4 years in corporate marketing and publishing in NYC, Alexis left the big apple to seek a simpler life and a greater sense of community, so she returned to the Northampton area where she grew up. Surrounded by family and friends, she spent several years at Paradise Copies providing high quality, comprehensive graphic design and prepress services to local businesses and individuals.
