Cozy Home Performance, LLC is a building performance company offering comprehensive building performance assessments, diagnostics and energy efficiency remediation services. Our methods are based upon a systems approach that follows building science principles. We ensure that the homes and buildings we service are durable, safe, healthy, comfortable and energy efficient.

Cozy Home Performance has been based in the beautiful Pioneer Valley since 2006 and serve the greater Connecticut River Valley: from Northern CT, through Western MA, into Southern VT. We have the industry-best certifications and a diverse staff with expertise in the energy, design, and construction fields.

As you can see from these two graphs, a huge percentage of electricity and energy consumption in the United States is used in the buildings we live and work in. The result of this is that our health, pocket book and planet suffer. 

It is our goal to make it easy for you to understand how your building performs and how you can improve it with a phased work-scope to fit your budget and intentions. We guarantee all our service and work and use only high performing materials that are as green oriented as possible. We offer homeowner services as a simple three step process: home performance assessment or energy audit, the creation of an in depth energy smart plan, and the installation of remediation measures to improve the performance of your home.

Increased energy efficiency can benefit our economy in two significant ways. First are increased jobs; there is a huge opportunity for jobs to be created in the energy efficiency sector. These ‘green' jobs include energy auditors, performance contractors, HVAC specialists, energy modeling specialists, insulation and weatherization contractors and more. Secondly, investing in energy efficiency for our buildings will save building owners and tenants money in unstable energy costs.
