As you walk through the front door of Carmelina's, you will notice something special. As you leave the hectic pace of Route 9 behind you, and are greeted by our friendly hostess, you will begin to experience a feeling of comfort and a hint of celebration in the air - fresh flowers in vases, soft lighting, candle-lit dining rooms, and tasteful background music. We say "celebration is always on the menu" and we mean it. We celebrate food, people and life at Carmelina's and we take all of them very seriously. Being a restaurant surrounded by such great farmland, of course we purchase as many ingredients as possible from local farmers here in Hadley and through out the Valley.

5:00 to 10:00pm (please allow plenty of time to dine - every meal is cooked to order).

Reservations: 413-584-8000 (recommended for all Friday and Saturday nights). Please note that we can hold tables for only 15 minutes past your confirmed reservation time on weekend evenings.
