Bueno Y Sano Restaurants, located in Amherst, Northampton and Springfield, are family-owned and operated since 1995. We have a 4th location in Burlington, VT, so please stop on by when you're in town.

In May of 1995 Bob Lowry, a UMass graduate, opened his first restaurant at 1 Boltwood Walk in Amherst. His mission: 'to make people happy'. Bob hired Florentina Ayala, or "Tia Tina" as she is called by her friends and family. Tina's son Rolando and several of her family members from El Salvador also began working at Bueno Y Sano. The exceptional food served at Bueno Y Sano is the result of the work done by Tina and her family.  

And now, Rolando is the owner of the newest Bueno Y Sano at 880 Sumner Avenue in Springfield. With support from you, our loyal customers, Bueno Y Sano continues to grow.
