We have been fortunate enough to meet some wonderful farmers around New England who are commited to growing beautiful produce and raising delicious meats both naturally and organically. Since our menu changes monthly, we are able to take full advantage of what's being harvested so we are sure that the food on your plate is the freshest available.

At Bistro Les Gras our mission is to provide you with a menu that is made from scratch on a daily basis from the freshest products available around New England. We want to provide you with an atmosphere that is relaxing and elegant with out feeling formal and to present service that is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. What does "Les Gras" mean?

People have been asking why we named the restaurant Bistro Les Gras. First and foremost it is the name of a beautiful village in the southeast of France bordering Switzerland. We have been trying to visit Les Gras for a number of years with no avail. In honor of our efforts, we have decided to bring a little bit of Les Gras to Northampton.
